Stacey Solomon shares easy and affordable way to make sushi during lockdown

Sushi is notoriously difficult to get right, it reportedly takes 10 years to train to become a sushi chef.To roll the Japanese delicacy expertly you need a steady hand, skill, a bamboo rolling mat, a plastic wrap, some seaweed and some raw fish, among other things.

However, Loose Woman panelist Stacey Solomon has showcased a much more affordable and easier way to make a version of the delicious healthy snack.Taking to her Instagram stories on Saturday the former X Factor contestant shared her recipe for cucumber sushi.This is easier than traditional sushi rolls as they don’t need to be rolled to hold their shape.
