Prince Harry has said that Princess Diana would be "horrified" by the ongoing threat of mines to children's lives, as he spoke about the philanthropic legacy of his late mother while backing a charity dear to her heart.

On Monday, 23 September, the Duke of Sussex gathered in New York for an event with the Halo Trust. The organisation, which works to clear landmines left behind from conflicts, was famously championed by Princess Diana in 1997 when she walked through a cleared minefield in Angola and called for an international ban.
