Fire crews spend three hours tackling blaze at Bolton house

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to a property on Tomlinson Street in Horwich at around 1.45pm on Thursday (August 6).

Three fire engines, including from Bolton Central and Farnworth, all attended the scene.The blaze started inside a first-floor bedroom in a mid-terraced property.It is not yet known if anyone was injured.A spokesman for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called to a house fire on Tomlinson Street, in Horwich, Bolton, on Thursday 6 August at around 1.44pm.“Three fire engines, from Bolton Central and Farnworth, attended.
