The show’s narrative serves as a backdrop, however, for a collection of sketches that air with each episode, featuring a cast of Black women as the main cast.The show’s stars Robin Thede, Quinta Brunson, Gabrielle Dennis, Ashley Nicole Black, as well as director Dime Davis and guest star Angela Bassett, joined Variety‘s Jenelle Riley in the Variety Streaming Room to discuss the show’s importance, guests and future plans.
