District Judge Steve Jones ruled against Georgia in a lawsuit filed by abortion providers and an advocacy group, according to news reports.
He had blocked the bill with a temporary restraining order last October before it was scheduled to take effect in January. A lawsuit filed against it was led by ACLU on behalf of abortion providers and an advocacy group.
