The first round proper of the FA Cup is drawing nearer and the moment where clubs in the EFL join the competition is fast approaching.
The world's oldest cup competition for clubs in League One such as Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic and League Two like Salford City will commence shortly.
But this season's competition actually began at the start of August with the qualifying phases with 348 teams from Levels eight to 10 of the football pyramid beginning it in the extra preliminary round.
