Six months following the "Rust" movie shooting, which resulted in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office has released everything they've collected in the investigation so far.  "Today the sheriff's office is releasing all files associated with our ongoing investigation," Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza said in a press release obtained by Fox News Digital on Monday.  "The files are all related to the 'Rust' movie set investigation and include lapel/dash camera footage from deputies and detectives, incident reports, crime scene photos, examination reports, witness interviews, set video and staff photos collected throughout the course of this investigation." The Directors Guild of America, which represents more than 19,000 members, has launched a review committee to improve on-set safety following the Alec Baldwin "Rust" movie shooting that left cinematographer Halyna Hutchins dead and director Joel Souza wounded in October. The new team will be led by director Karen Gaviola, who is also involved in an upcoming round of studio contract negotiations, according to the Los Angeles Times. "We have been leading advocates for mandatory safety training and for demanding increased safety precautions on sets," the guild told the paper.

The husband of Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer shot and killed on the set of "Rust," says it's absurd Alec Baldwin won't accept responsibility for her death. "The idea that the person holding the gun and causing it to discharge is not responsible is absurd to me," Matthew Hutchins explained to NBC News' "Today" co-anchor Hoda Kotb during an interview that airs Thursday. "But gun safety was not the only problem on that set," Hutchins added.

The Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office is approaching the four-month mark of its investigation into the circumstances of "Rust" cinematographer Halyna Hutchins’ death on Oct. 21, 2021, in New Mexico, in which authorities are trying to get answers as to how a live round found its way into a prop gun — killing the rising filmmaker and wounding the film’s director Joel Souza.

"Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star Mary Cosby will not be included in the filming of Season Three, Fox News Digital can confirm. The news comes after Cosby did not appear for the taping of the "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" Season Two reunion episode in January.
