Clara McGregor, daughter of Ewan McGregor, and indie producer Black Magic are set to adapt Goddess, a novel about a swashbuckling femaleopera singer from 17th century Versailles. McGregor's Deux Dames Entertainment and Greg Lauritano's Black Magic optioned the historical female fencing novel and plan a limited series with a showrunner yet to be attached to the project.
