The presenter told how there was a stand-off in the studio as the star only agreed to do the interview standing-up. He said: “There was somebody who arrived from America recently and at the last minute they stood on the edge of the studio at This Morning and her people said 'she can’t sit there', 'why?', 'there’s a couch on this programme'. “I said yeah, well if you’d have done your research you would know there’s a couch for the programme”.
