A drink-driving pensioner supped wine behind the wheel - AFTER she was pulled over by cops. Elizabeth Mary Davies, 67, was found to be more than twice the drink-drive limit.
She was spotted in a Glossop town centre car park on July 22 of this year appearing unsteady on her feet. The officers took her at her word, prosecutor David Morgan told Stockport Magistrates' Court. "They followed her for a short distance, and then she pulled over," he added.
