A mum has told of her devastation of being told her premature baby would not survive his first week as he is about to celebrate his first birthday.
Little Theo Tomlinson was born at 27 weeks, weighing just 1lb 9oz, the Daily Record reports. The tot from Glasgow was so tiny that doctors told his parents Kirsty Graham and Lyle Tomlinson to tell family and friends not to bring gifts, cards or balloons - because he probably wouldn't survive.
The couple, both 27, continued hoping that their baby would survive - and on March 20 this year he will celebrate his first birthday.
