David Jason trots out his third autobiography to mark his 80th birthday

mirror.co.ukAs autobiographies go, Sir David Jason’s first two were the crème de la menthe. So in a move worthy of his Only Fools and Horses character Del Boy, he is now flogging his third.
And the book, which comes after the star turned 80 in February, is guaranteed to make us feel cushty in this time of national gloom.
A Del of a Life will cover more of his early days and 50-year entertainment career. David said: “I enjoyed reminiscing for my first two books and it is rewarding to think readers will look forward to more amusing stories and insights.” Ben Brusey, of publisher Century, added: “Humour is more important than ever in these difficult times.
