O'Dea has pulled no punches over recent displays but doesn't believe the current run of two wins in 10 games is reason enough for a change to made by the Celtic board.
And while the 34-year-old admits he would never stick the boot into his current employers, he doesn't believe the time is right for Lennon to leave.
Speaking to Go Radio, a fired-up O'Dea said: "I'm not going to lie and say I don't have any loyalty to Neil Lennon or the club.
