A couple won a life-changing £1 million in a Lotto draw just one day after the husband was made redundant at work and weeks after they lost a loved one to coronavirus in a double tragedy.
Wood machinist David Adams, 61, and his wife Shelley were going through an incredibly difficult and painful time when their luck changed and they scooped the seven-figure prize online in last Saturday's lottery.
