Former United States President Barack Obama is set to deliver a speech to the COP26 climate conference in Glasgow later today.
The Democrat, a veteran of the failed UN climate summit in Copenhagen and the successful meeting in Paris which secured the world's first comprehensive climate treaty, will attend a series of events.
