A man has been charged with firearms offences after undercover officers tackled him just minutes before Barack Obama arrived at COP26.
The 43-year-old was detained on Breadalbane Street on Monday, November 8, by specialist plain-clothed officers. The drama unfolded just off the city’s St Vincent Street at around 11.15am - just a stone’s throw away from where the former US President was arriving.
