Chelsea's visit of Liverpool scheduled for Sunday evening is the Premier League fixture most at risk of postponement as it comes less than 24 hours before The Queen's state funeral.

The fixture is penciled in for September 18, four days after Chelsea welcome Red Bull Salzburg in the Champions League and five days after Liverpool host Ajax.The confusion over their domestic meeting comes due to the amount of police that will be required in other areas of London with tributes being paid to the late Queen Elizabeth II. At the very least Aston Villa vs Southampton, live on Sky Sports on Friday night (September 16), looks set to go ahead after getting the green light from local police, according to The Athletic.Premier League and Football League fixtures at the weekend were all postponed as a mark of respect for longest reigning of any British monarch - with King Charles III now on the throne.
