HYPNOTIST Paul McKenna has revealed he was the worst store detective ever and was mistaken for a thief by the rest of the team.
McKenna, 59, got the job at Harrods in London after leaving school. But on his first day he was reported as a suspected shoplifter by other store detectives.
He said it was the worst job he has ever done, adding: “I was a Harrods store detective for a day. “I was so bad at it, one of the other detectives thought I looked suspicious and reported me.” He also revealed that he used to hypnotise witnesses in police cases.
