She was 85.The actress died Sunday at the Mary Pickford House at the Motion Picture & Television Fund senior home, located in Woodland Hills, the retirement center confirmed.Born in Hackensack, New Jersey in 1935, Arthur kicked off her acting career in 1971 as Christina in David Swift’s television series Arnie.
After Making It and Emergency!, came the actress’ time as Harriett Johnson in Mel Brooks’ Oscar-nominated comedy Blazing Saddles.
