Cardiff City defender Sol Bamba paid tribute to the NHS and his family as he shared the brilliant news that he is cancer-free.
The Bluebirds confirmed Bamba was undergoing chemotherapy in January after he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The 36-year-old made his return to action in Cardiff's final game of the Championship season - a 1-1 draw with Rotherham - and declared he is cancer-free on Thursday.
