After an unusually quiet 2020 — their first year without releasing an album or mixtape since 2016 — hip-hop’s premiere boy band BROCKHAMPTON have returned with a new single and video. “Buzzcut” is a collaboration with the iconic Detroit rapper Danny Brown, and is the band’s first official release since roughly a year ago, when they released a remix of “Sugar” featuring Duo Lipa, Jon B, and Ryan Beatty.
First teased on bandleader Kevin Abstract’s instagram, “Buzzcut” arrives alongside a new music video, directed and edited by Dan Streit, creative directed by Kevin Abstract, and shot by the band’s Ashlan Grey.
