Kevin Abstract has shared the final single from his upcoming album, a song called ‘Madonna’.The wistful track sees Abstract reminiscing about an unrequited lover: “Ex’s and oh’s like she’s playin’ Playstation/ Blue bubble green, and she left the conversation/ Love comes and goes, she hits the road/ Fuckin’ somebody else in the gas station.”It’s the latest song in a string of tracks he has released in the run-up to his new album ‘Blanket‘, which is due out this Friday (November 3). The Brockhampton member first previewed the album at various shows in LA and New York, where he revealed some rumoured song titles.

On Wednesday (October 4), the 27-year-old dropped the music video for the sinister track, which Abstract co-directed with Cole Bat.The video follows Abstract, his imaginary friends (who are furry human-size characters) and a creepy-looking doll they all treat like a baby.

Brockhampton leader Kevin Abstract has reassured the group’s followers that a new album is indeed on the way, and will be released before the end of 2022.As confirmed earlier this year, the group’s seventh album will be their final outing. They revealed back in January that 2022 would be their last year active as a group, with farewell shows being held at this year’s Coachella. It was there that Brockhampton announced their last album, following the news up shortly thereafter with a teaser trailer.June saw the group drop a cover of Kool & The Gang‘s ‘Hollywood Swinging’ (released as part of the soundtrack for Minions: The Rise Of Gru), as well as a new solo single from rapper Merlyn Wood, however since its announcement in April, news on their final album has been slim.Breaking his long-held silence, Abstract wrote in a Tweet yesterday (October 2): “BROCKHAMPTON ALBUM BEFORE YEAR IS OVER FUCK I AM EXCITED THANK U FOR BEING PATIENT.”He went on to reveal that the album would be titled ‘No Cap’, and shared what he claimed to be its cover art (the latter earning some criticism from fans).

Easy Life have shared a new collaboration, ‘Dear Miss Holloway’ featuring Kevin Abstract, alongside details of their next album.The band teased their latest single last week with a brief video clip that sees the band and Abstract depicted in plasticine form.The video is set to come out at a later date but the band today (May 25) shared ‘Dear Miss Holloway’, which will feature on their new LP ‘Maybe In Another Life’. Brockhampton have rescheduled their UK tour dates for the second time – check out the new schedule below.The shows, announced behind the band’s 2019 album ‘Ginger’, were originally set to take place in summer 2020, but were cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions.Rescheduled dates were then set for May 2021, but continued restrictions on large gatherings mean the shows have been pushed back once more.The new dates, which are set around a full European run of dates, take place in early 2022, beginning with a Glasgow show on January 27 and ending with two gigs at London’s Brixton Academy the following month.The tour also includes a new show, seeing the band head to the O2 Academy in Sheffield on January 28.See Brockhampton’s rescheduled 2022
