BMG has launched a boutique neighboring rights service, the company announced Wednesday (May 20). Headed up by BMG's vp operations strategy David Miller, the service has already signed up DJ and producer Jonas Blue and Roger Daltrey, lead singer of The Who.
Miller and his team will ensure that each artist's recording catalog is accurately registered with collective management organizations (CMOs) in roughly 40 countries worldwide, while tracking international income and facilitating faster royalty pay-through.
