burglar who knocked his victim unconscious with a hammer was caught by police – after he fell asleep at the scene.Ian Curtis, 48, from Llwynypia, Wales, has now been jailed for 11 years having been arrested after his victim managed to raise the alarm with his neighbours.Police shared footage of the arrest where Curtis is seen fast asleep sitting upright in a chair in the corner of a room.Officers pointed a Taser at him but he failed to wake up when they shouted at him.
