Ambitious plans have been submitted for a new retail development on the outskirts of Newmains.The proposal, from TJ Morris Ltd, for a mixed use development comprising the erection of two retail units and two drive-thru units in Morningside Road has been sent to North Lanarkshire Council planners.The plans also include details of a design for one retail unit with outdoor garden centre, means of access, car park, landscaping and other associated works.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
