Woman, 26, suffering agonising endometriosis pain died after accidental painkillers overdose

Amy Ganner was given medication to treat the incurable condition that causes painful, heavy periods and can lead to infertility.

However, the 26-year-old's loved ones said they had concerns over the effect it was having on her. On occasions, she was said to 'slur her speech' and 'seemed out of it', the inquest at Bolton Coroner's Court was told.

Her father, Arron Ganner, said she would take the painkillers to manage the pain 'without realising the strength or the amount she was taking'.
