Tyson Fury has confirmed he will ditch plans for a supposed boxing retirement to fight an exhibition contest with former World's Strongest Man Thor Bjornsson.

After defeating Dillian Whyte at Wembley in April via a brutal sixth-round uppercut, the Gypsy King, 33, vowed he was set to hang up his gloves for good, though has now seemingly changed his mind on plans to bring down the curtain on an illustrious career.

And whilst talk of a unification bout against Oleksandr Usyk or Anthony Joshua refuses to be quashed, Fury is in fact eyeing an opponent away from the heavyweight limelight, against Game of Thrones star Bjornsson.READ MORE: Win 2 tickets to watch England vs Germany in Nations League action at Wembley Stadium"It would be a bit of fun," Fury told The Telegraph. "It would be great to get in there in front of, say, 70,000 fans and show him what boxing is all about, make him miss, and knock him out.

We are talking to his team at the moment and it is definitely something I'm interested in."Bjornsson, who boasts an undefeated 2-2-0 exhibition record - including a victory over fellow World's Strongest Man winner Eddie Hall, has also confirmed negotiations are ongoing between the two camps, with an agreement expected to be reached."I know that there are some negotiations going on and some talks, but nothing is complete.
