had his Meta accounts removed on Friday after sharing a string of rant videos containing misogynistic comments.At the time of removal, his Instagram account alone boasted 4.7million followers, having increased rapidly from one million back in June.Activists and organisations have been extremely vocal about Tate’s behaviour, branding him ‘a threat to women’ after he stated that they should ‘bear some responsibility’ for being attacked, and expressed a desire to hit and choke them.Now, the former reality star says old videos of him have been ‘taken out of context’ and ‘amplified’ so people could believe ‘absolutely false narratives’ about him.In a statement issued to Metro.co.uk, Tate said the events were ‘very unfortunate’ and claimed Instagram ‘ignored’ his charity work after he supposedly posted videos explaining that ‘men should provide for women’.‘In the last two weeks, I dedicated over $1million to charities supporting women.
