charged for allegedly stuffing wet wipes down a toddler's throat which caused him to choke to death. Chelsea Cooley, 31, claims to be the three-year-old's stepmum and is believed to have delayed a call to emergency services before telling them he was "cold to the touch, not breathing and had something lodged in his throat.”Medics rushed to the home in Pennsylvania and took the boy to Bedford hospital on the evening of May 28.
