Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. The boy who sadly died at Birmingham Children's Hospital in the early hours of Wednesday has been named locally as Arthur Hughes.The young lad has been described as a "cheeky boy" who was "always smiling".
