Three Scottish villages have been ranked as some of the ‘poshest’ in the UK. In The Telegraph’s list of Britain’s 54 poshest villages, only a trio of Scottish locations made it into the guide which picks out the poshest villages based on a combination of highest house prices, best lifestyle amenities, connectivity and "chocolate-box appeal".
According to the paper, 60 percent of Savills estate agents reported seeing a rise in demand for rental homes in the most desirable countryside locations during the pandemic.
