Teenager found in woodland is charged over Middleton Shopping Centre stabbing

A teenager who was found in woodland by police has been charged over a stabbing in Middleton. Police rushed out to Middleton Shopping Centre on Saturday, August 14, after reports that a security guard had suffered stab wounds.

Greater Manchester Police has now charged a 19-year-old man with section 18 assault and possession of an offensive weapon, in connection with the incident.
