Scots boxing champ Josh Taylor has told the BBC to 'shove' the prestigious Sports Personality of the Year award 'right up their a***' in a spat over his snubbing over the shortlist.

The 31-year-old is fuming over being overlooked on the six-person list after making history winning an unanimous points decision over Jose Ramirez seven months ago to add the WBC and WBO belts to the WBA and IBF titles he already owned.
