Ukrainian armed forces reveal a Russian commander ordering his men to massacre unarmed civilians. Ukrainian intelligence operatives claim to have hacked Russian radio communications during the siege of Mariupol.

In the intercepted radio messages, which have not been verified, a Russian soldier tells his commander that he can see two people – apparently civilians – in his sights. The commander orders: “Take them all out!

Kill them all!” and the Russian soldier responds: “Understood”.A few moments later, the commander asks: “What are you waiting for?”When he’s told “it is a village of civilians” the commander rages: “Shoot the civilian cars.” The chilling order is one of dozens of reports of Russian atrocities in Ukraine amid war crimes allegations.

Amnesty International has reported dozens of incidents, including one case of a mum who was raped at gunpoint after her husband was shot dead in Ukraine.
