There is no dialogue. There are no humans. The story takes place in colorful New York City, specifically the East Village, and features animals living anthropomorphic lives.
The lead character is a dog, simply named Dog. He spends his nights in the dark playing pong, switching through junk television channels, and eating microwave dinners, alone.
