Prince William is 'much closer' to dad King Charles than he used to be

But it seems that any difficulties that plagued His Majesty's relationship with his eldest son have dissolved as they have become "much closer" because of their shared passions, according to royal expert Jennie Bond.

Referring to how The Prince of Wales has followed in his father's footsteps and taken up a keen interest in the environment with the ground-breaking Earthshot Prize, Jennie explained why The King will feel nothing but pride.

Speaking exclusively to OK!, the expert explained: "King Charles doesn't suffer envy or jealousy of William. "He's proud of William particularly when it comes to his work with the Earthshot Prize and the environment in general.
