Liverpool fans have been left fuming after UEFA claimed that fans 'arriving late' caused the Champions League final to be delayed.Saturday night's showpiece final between the Reds and Real Madrid in Paris was soured by horrific scenes outside the Stade de France in the build-up to kick-off, which was twice delayed by 15 minutes. The match eventually kicked off at 8:36pm - over 30 minutes late.UEFA said the delay was due to “security reasons” but the Stade de France screens and announcer claimed it was “due to the late arrival of fans” - a claim that was furiously quashed by a number of people online.And some even backed up claims that Reds fans had been targeted with tear gas in the commotion.
