pub landlord has savagely hit back at a "suspicious" TripAdvisor user's "bulls**t" review after they claimed to have had the "worst carvery" ever.The Fox Inn in Lower Chaddesley, Kidderminster, boasts a four-star rating on TripAdvisor, making it one of the most highly rated restaurants in the area.Despite a slew of positive comments, one disgruntled punter left a fuming one-star 'terrible' response.
They claimed the beef was "tough and very fatty", insisting that they would never return, which prompted the pub's owner to hit back in brutal fashion, reports BirminghamLive.The review was titled "Warning!!!
The worst carvery I have ever had!!!".It said: "This was possibly the worst carvery I have ever had. The beef was inedible it was tough and very fatty I ended up not eating it."I am surprised the man had the front to serve it to me I would not of given it to my dog!
So I ended up having a lovely meal of cold vegetables and under cooked roast potatoes."You get what you pay for I guess. I shall not be returning."But Ben Giles, the owner of The Fox Inn, didn't shy away.
