Prince Andrew has reached a 'settlement in principle' with Virginia Giuffre in a civil sex case launched against him.Ms Giuffre had accused the Duke of York of sexually abusing her when she was 17 at the Manhattan home of the late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein as well as at Epstein's private island.
