dailystar.co.ukcops after he pulled down his underwear in front of a 17-year-old high school girl and asked her to review his genitals.The incident took place in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, in Japan, with the accused reportedly then handing his victim ¥3,000 following his explicit performance - which is equivalent to approximately £20.Reports say the 52-year-old approached his victim outside Shioiri Station in Yokosuka at around 9:30pm on November 23 and gave the false pretence of asking her if she wanted to take part in a survey for which she would be paid.Japan Today reports: "the girl went with him to a nearby car parking lot where he dropped his pants."Yakabe then asked the girl how she would rate him on a scale of one to 10, and gave her 3,000 yen.
