Kate Winslet has been photographed busy at work on the set of her new film Lee following an accident last week that saw her taken to hospital.Pictured shooting in the Croatian village of Kupari on Monday, the Oscar-winner leads the cast in the historic drama as American photojournalist Elizabeth ‘Lee’ Miller.Kate was seen dressed in a helmet and green fatigues with dirt smeared on her arms and face as she chatted with crew, wearing a vintage-style camera and neck scarf.At one stage, she appeared to be having her make-up and hair adjusted, while she was also seen in discussion with a fellow actor, her short blonde hair on show.The movie is said to follow Miller’s journey from a Vogue cover model in the 1920s to a World War II correspondent who covered the London Blitz, the liberation of Paris and the concentration camps at Buchenwald.Last week, after falling and slipping on set, the star was taken to a local hospital in Dubrovnik as a precaution required by the production, Metro.co.uk confirmed with her reps.She has been confirmed as being ‘fine’ and was set to be filming again this week as planned.In Lee, she is to be joined by a star-studded cast, including Jude Law, Josh O’Connor, Marion Cotillard and Andy Samberg.It comes after Kate finished filming on James Cameron’s Avatar sequel, with the actress going to extreme lengths on production, including holding her breath for seven minutes underwater – which beat Tom Cruise’s record by over a minute.Trying to describe what it’s like, Kate said it feels ‘just wonderful’, but did confess that when she resurfaced, she was convinced she had died.‘God, it’s just wonderful. hospital dash yesterday.The Hollywood star sparked concern when she “slipped” on set, but she is now thankfully already feeling fit enough to get back into character. Kate appeared to be in good health as she was pictured wearing a khaki cargo jumpsuit on the set of her new film, Lee. The movie is being shot in the small village of Kupari, and sees Kate looking deliberately dishevelled in US military gear.The photos showed crew members surrounding the actress as she navigated her way across rubble and debris. The incredible pictures have surfaced just one day after reports Kate had been taken to hospital after sustaining a leg injury on set.She was reportedly rushed to Dubrovnik Hospital which is 15 minutes away and arrived in a black van.According to the Croatian press, the Mare of Easttown star walked into the hospital wearing black clothes and a face mask.Express.co.uk contacted Kate’s representatives for comment, who provided an update on the situation.A spokesperson told Express.co.uk: “Kate slipped and was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure required by the production. “She is fine and will be filming, as planned, this week.”Kate is currently shooting a film about a wartime photographer from Vogue magazine, Lee Miller.The World War II correspondent for British Vogue was a celebrated photographer who worked under the magazine’s formidable editor-in-chief, Audrey Withers.The film will be directed by Oscar-nominated talent Ellen Kuras, who has previously worked on high-profile films such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.The movie’s cast includes some big names, including Jude Law, Josh O’Connor and Marion Cotillard.The project has been titled Lee and will take inspiration from the biography, The Lives
