Ayrshire parent is concerned about her children returning to classrooms next week after an outbreak of Covid at a primary school.
A full class at Heathfield Primary in Ayr has been placed in quarantine due to positive cases of coronavirus being detected.Pupils of the class have been sent home for 10 days just a fortnight after they returned to school on Monday, February 22.The news of the outbreak at the South Ayrshire school has led to one parent being in “two minds” whether or not they should send their children – who are senior pupilas there – back to class on Monday, March 15.They told Ayrshire Live how they have received two letters from the school within a week of P1s to P3s returning from lockdown.
