Sign up to the weekly West Lothian Courier newsletter for the latest West Lothian news and sport.Linlithgow Palace and Blackness Castle will reopen to visitors later this month.Historic Environment Scotland has announced reopening dates for sites throughout Scotland after attractions were forced to closed their doors in March due to Covid-19 restrictions.The roll-out of reopening sites will take place throughout the country with Blackness Castle reopening on Monday, August 17 followed by Linlithgow Palace on Wednesday, August 26.New safety measures have been put in place on site, including one-way systems.
Some indoor areas may be closed, such as small enclosed spaces where physical distancing is not possible and tickets must be booked in.
