A young children’s nurse who is fighting cancer is desperately fundraising for potentially life-saving treatment. Charlotte Roe was told the devastating news last year that she had an aggressive form of bile duct cancer.

Despite a major operation and chemotherapy, the 28-year-old this week received the heartbreaking news that the cancer is back, Derbyshire Live reported.

The former Royal Derby Hospital nurse was also told that she might only have months to live. But Charlotte, who has also worked at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, said she refuses to give up her fight for life.
