Nine fines have been issued to people breaking coronavirus lockdown rules in West Dunbartonshire and Argyll.Police Scotland revealed the update today and said a total of 144 fixed penalty notices have been issued across Scotland so far since the new regulations were put in place.Iain Livingston, Chief Constable, says the fines are used as a last resort and thanked the public for their “overwhelming support”.He said the vast majority of people are complying with social distancing guidelines but said officers were required to issue fixed penalty notices where individuals persistently flouted the regulations or refused to co-operate with requests to comply.The latest figures show a total of nine fines have been issued within the West
