NHS worker has publicly resigned in front of a large crowd in criticism at the new coronavirus lockdown, claiming she had “no work to do for three weeks” at the height of the pandemic.Shelley Tasker, 43, was filmed blasting the government’s decision on the streets of Truro in Cornwall.Ms Tasker had worked as a healthcare assistant at Treliske hospital, part of the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, where she claims there have been just 76 Covid-related deaths in seven months.But a spokesperson for the trust said it was “unacceptable for anybody to spread lies which could be harmful to people’s health”.In the clip, Shelly says: “Today, I'm publicly resigning."I am wearing this uniform sadly for the last time."I absolutely loved my job..
