Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

dailyrecord.co.ukThe Scottish Government has announced the new Child Disability Payment will open for new applications across the country from November 22, 2021 after the successful launch of a pilot scheme in Dundee City, Perth and Kinross and the Western Isles council areas.
This is the first of the complex disability benefits to be introduced nationwide by the Scottish Government and replaces the Disability Living Allowance for Children (DLA Child), delivered by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
The payment provides financial assistance to help meet the additional costs associated with having a physical or learning disability, long-term illness or mental health condition.
