NASA astronauts are to plug major brands in space to help fund the International Space Station (ISS). Cosmetics giant Estée Lauder is paying £100,000 to send ten bottles of its Advanced Night Repair serum 250 miles above Earth.ISS astronauts will take snaps and film each other posing with the bottles in weightless conditions for four hours as part of the deal.A spokesman for the US space agency said Estée Lauder was "paying for the astronauts to be the photographer, not to use the product, not to put the product on themselves, not even to open the product".Meanwhile the revenue from commercial deals will help repay a fraction of the estimated £3billion cost of operating the ISS.The space agency's Phil McAlister said: "NASA is opening the.
