Gemma Hutt was in the car park when she saw a man collapsed near the CCTV camera.The mum-of-two rushed to give him cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) while waiting for paramedics at the car park in Newbury, Berkshire.However, as she stayed with him she went over the time she had paid for a parking ticket.She received a £100 penalty charge from Euro Car Parks, and appealed offering proof of what had happened, but it was rejected, reports The Mirror.Mrs Hutt told Newbury Today: “I was told that the gentleman had passed away and I was very upset over this.“I would have thought, considering the circumstances, that they would have waived the fine.“£100 is a lot of money to me, especially at this time of year.“I have two young children that.
