Arsenal ‘plot six summer signings’ with three positions absolute priorities
Arsenal are preparing for a major transfer overhaul this summer and are reportedly planning to bring in at least six players. The club are prioritising two new strikers and a midfielder, but have also set their sights on a new centre back, a right back and a left back.Following an unsuccessful approach for him in January, Arsenal are planning another move for Real Sociedad striker Aleksander Isak, while Everton's Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lille's Jonathan David also remain targets. It's understood the Gunners are big admirers of Chelsea's Armando Broja, who is currently on loan at Southampton, though they know doing business with their London rivals won't be easy.In midfield, the club is considering moves for Aston Villa's Douglas Luiz, Wolves' Ruben Neves and Leicester City star Youri Tielemans.Luiz and Tielemans will both have just a year left on their respective contracts at the end of the season, and neither are expected to sign an extension. As for defenders, Middlesbrough right-back Djed Spence, who is currently on loan at Nottingham Forest, is believed to be high on the club's wish-list, but they're likely to face stiff competition for his signature from other Premier League sides, including arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur. If Arsenal land all they targets they want in the summer, can they challenge for the title next season? Let us know what you think in the comments section...They remain open to the idea of bringing in a new centre back, but the return of William Saliba, who has impressed on loan with Marseille this season, means it's low on their list of priorities.Mikel Arteta's side are in pole position to finish in the top four this season after racking up four consecutive league victories, and are in with a

Arsenal fans will love new transfer target’s savage goal celebration vs Tottenham
Arsenal fans will have loved Armando Broja's celebration against Tottenham Hotspurs earlier this month.Broja has been one of the breakout stars of the Premier League campaign this season, and he continued his golden vein of form with a strike against Spurs. The youngster then ran in front of the Spurs supporters as he let out a massive roar in front of the fans. And with Arsenal linked to the Chelsea loanee, they'll be licking their lips at the cheeky celebration.Mikel Arteta is reportedly a big fan of the English-born Albanian international, and the Gunners could make their move in the summer.According to football.london, Arteta could look to Broja to solve his attacking woes.Arsenal will be without a recognised striker in June with both Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette out of contract in the summer. On top of that, Arsenal lost Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Barcelona on Transfer Deadline Day after the Gabonese international had failed to make a first-team appearance since December.Meanwhile, Arteta also missed out on Dusan Vlahovic, who moved to Juventus from Fiorentina. Should Broja move to Arsenal, or does he deserve a chance at Chelsea? Let us know in the comments section Thomas Tuchel, earlier this season, said: “He’s our player and he’s doing good, but at the same time it’s only half a season, so he needs to continue to improve and to make his statement at Southampton.“We have a reason why they are our players, they have quality and mentality and now they are out there on their own in different environments and clubs and proving themselves.“Armando’s getting better and better, he’s a very unique player with unique strengths in his game - he has speed, he’s robust and he’s a goalscorer.”

Fans slam Harry Maguire after more shambolic defending and have ‘seen milk turn faster’
Harry Maguire had another nightmare in a Manchester United shirt with some comical defending against Southampton.Armando Broja, 20, ran the experienced centre-half ragged at Old Trafford in the 1-1 Premier League draw. The latest damaging result for United highlighted their frailties at the back once again.Just days after Burnley’s Jay Rodriguez and Wout Weghorst destroyed Maguire for their equaliser at Turf Moor, Southampton enjoyed inflicting similar pain on the United captain. One incident in particular a few minutes before the final whistle summed up the Red Devils defender’s problems.Broja turned him inside out in a tussle at the Saints broke, showing how far off the pace Maguire is right now.Fans of United and rival clubs mocked the England man, as one joked on Twitter: “I’ve seen milk turn faster.”Another asked: “How is this Carthorse still playing in the PL?”“Harry Maguire has invented no-look defending,” one person posted off the back of Broja’s neat turn. Does Harry Maguire now have to be dropped? Let us know in the comments section.A fourth fan put: “I don’t think this no-look defending by Harry Maguire will catch on…”And a final United fan added: “Earlier this week I compared Harry Maguire to Michael Keane. Watching Everton today I realise I need to apologise.
